Texas has scheduled the execution of our client Rodney Reed for
November 20th. On Tuesday, lawyers filed a petition with the U.S.
Supreme Court on behalf of Reed, who has been on death row since 1998
for the murder of Stacey Stites. The petition challenges the Texas Court
of Criminal Appeals’ unexplained rejection of critical evidence of
innocence in his conviction for the murder.
