Mark Dayton, the billionaire hypocrite whose fortune comes from poverty wages...
Democratic Party hypocrites.
Democratic Governor Mark Dayton has led a Democratic super majority (Democrats control the House and Senate) and these Democrats refused to raise Minnesota's miserly poverty Minimum Wage of $6.25 an hour even one plug nickle.
Now Dayton is out prancing around the Minnesota State Fair talking this shit as the 2014 elections approach:
This quote below from Mark Dayton is from the Minneapolis Star Tribune...
“I believe the minimum wage should be at a level so that someone working full time can support a family of four above the poverty level and get more skills and more experience,” said Dayton, who had come to the fair to attend a veterans’ event in the morning. “If we are underpaying people, we the taxpayers are making up the difference.”
Dayton and his Democratic super majority could have raised the Minimum Wage at any time and the Republicans would not have had a word to say about it; but, these self-serving opportunist Democrats wanted to make sure they left themselves this campaign issue as children go to bed hungry.
