What we need is a "21st Century Full Employment Act for Peace and Prosperity" which would make it a mandatory requirement that the president and Congress attain and maintain full employment.

More FBI privacy violations confirmed

I find this a very interesting story because, according to Floyd "Buck" Jourdain the Chair of the Red Lake Nation and the head of Red Lake Gaming Enterprises, and his cousin who was in management of Red Lake Gaming Enterprises--- Chris Jourdain, USIS (United States Information Services)--- the union busting outfit the Indian Gaming Industry has hired to try to thwart our organizing efforts across the Midwest at some two-dozen casinos, USIS agents collaborated with FBI agents and Homeland Security to obtain this information on me.

These scoundrels not only obtained these records, then, in the name of "National Security," they tapped my phone, intercepted and opened my mail, and hacked into my account at Wiktel Communications with the full knowledge of the Chief Executive and Operating Officers of the company and went so far as to send out the most filthy and disgusting e-mails imaginable to public officials purporting to be in my name.

They also used--- abused--- this information to inform casino managements about my organizing activities... going so far as to deliver "Letters to the Editors" I had written to casino managements in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa as if they were engaged in bringing a halt to terrorist activity.

In doing this, the FBI and Homeland Security, working with this quasi-governmental bunch of thugs from USIS, which employs active and former FBI and CIA agents as well as those murdering creeps who have been trained by the Blackwater Agency... they intentionally set out to violate my democratic rights to be engaged in perfectly legal union organizing campaigns involving some two-hundred thousand casino workers who are employed in loud, noisy, smoke-filled casinos at poverty wages without any rights under state or federal labor laws, forced to endure the most disrespectful and disgusting treatment from managements comprised of mobsters wearing the most expensive designer suits who have created the most oppressive and repressive working environment in North America using the most Draconian management techniques and methods to keep unions out.

But, not only did they violate my democratic rights, supposedly protected by the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights along with the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights... they went goose-stepping backwards in the foot-prints of Joe McCarthy as they trampled over the rights of not only casino workers; but, ironically, the rights of public officials, too.

And this is what these two-bit, half-assed, fascist bastards tout to the world as a "great bastion of democracy."

We need to have all these files opened for the public to see what has been done in their name.

I should not have to go to court, as I did in 1974, to have to ask a Judge to find that such activity on the part of the FBI and other "law enforcement agencies" is unconstitutional.

In my deportation from Canada, none other then United States Attorney General Janet Reno, signed an affidavit to Canadian authorities stating in no uncertain terms that she agreed that all of my activities were completely legal and I would not be subjected to these kinds of dirty deeds should the Canadians deport me... and, upon her word I was deported from Canada... and here we go all over again.

I think if there is one thing the Conrad Black case proves is that the FBI should be tapping the phones and opening the mail of the corporate executives, who not only exploit workers, but then steal from each other.

Look at these dirty birds sitting there squirming as they try to figure out what lie should come out of their mouths next:

National security officials testify at the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on Capitol Hill in Washington, February 5, 2008. Seated (L-R) are: Director of the FBI Robert Mueller, Director of National Security Admiral Michael McConnell, and Director of the CIA General Mike Hayden.

The entire bunch of them nothing but a bunch of Hitlers in high-priced suits. All brought into power through the lobbying efforts of this country's most influential lawyers/lobbyists representing every creep from two-bit hoods and gangsters right on up the corporate ladder--- Brownstein/Hyatt/Farber/Schreck

By LARA JAKES JORDAN, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - The FBI improperly used national security letters in 2006 to obtain personal data on Americans during terror and spy investigations, Director Robert Mueller said Wednesday.

Mueller told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the privacy breach by FBI agents and lawyers occurred a year before the bureau enacted sweeping new reforms to prevent future lapses.

Details on the abuses will be outlined in the coming days in a report by the Justice Department's inspector general.

The report is a follow-up to an audit by the inspector general a year ago that found the FBI demanded personal data on people from banks, telephone and Internet providers and credit bureaus without official authorization and in non-emergency circumstances between 2003 and 2005.

Mueller, noting senators' concerns about Americans' civil and privacy rights, said the new report "will identify issues similar to those in the report issued last March." The similarities, he said, are because the time period of the two studies "predates the reforms we now have in place."

He added: "We are committed to ensuring that we not only get this right, but maintain the vital trust of the American people."

Mueller offered no additional details. Several other Justice Department and FBI officials familiar with this year's findings have said privately the upcoming report will show the letters were wrongly used at a similar rate as during the previous three years.

In contrast to the outrage by Congress and civil liberties groups after last year's report was issued, Mueller's disclosure drew no initial criticism from senators at Wednesday's hearing.

Speaking before the FBI chief, Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., urged Mueller to be more vigilant in correcting what he called "widespread illegal and improper use of national security letters."

"Everybody wants to stop terrorists. But we also, though, as Americans, we believe in our privacy rights and we want those protected," Leahy said. "There has to be a better chain of command for this. You cannot just have an FBI agent who decides he'd like to obtain Americans' records, bank records or anything else and do it just because they want to."

National security letters are administrative subpoenas that can be issued under the USA Patriot Act in terror and spy investigations.
