Does anyone see the hypocrisy in all of this?

Does anyone remember what the Venezuelans did that so upset Trump?

They changed their Constitution to better enable the kind of change they were looking for in order to create a system that better serves the needs of the majority of the people who work for a living.

Now, here comes Trump and his Wall Street serving Attorney General intending to suspend the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights under the guise of fighting the coronavirus.

Does anyone see the hypocrisy in all of this that I see?

If we bail out a company we should own it.

Trump is going to bailout the airlines; these airlines should be nationalized and brought under public ownership and democratic control. When we bailout a company or industry we should own it.

China provides most reliable information on coronavirus.

Why is anyone still ignoring the supremacy of socialized health care?

Only a National Public Health Care System based on the model of public education can provide every single person in this country with health care.

The present system didn’t work.

A single-payer system won’t work under these circumstances.

It is dishonest to engage in a discussion of health care reform without bringing forward socialized health care.

Should we panic over the coronavirus?

I think there is something drastically wrong with all of these politicians fostering a panic towards coronavirus even though none of them are pushing for nationalization of the health care system nor are they supporting a National Public Health Care System based on the model of public education even though it is very obvious the present for-profit driven free market health care system centered around the scam of health insurance doesn’t work.

What is motivating this panic? Certainly not a sincere consideration for the health and well-being of the American people; these are politicians who don’t give two hoots about the well-being of the American people any other time and they had no concern for Trump severing ties with the Chinese health care system.

What is motivating these politicians to foster this panic mode? I simply don’t think it’s a consideration of our well-being and health.

Why would these politicians push this panic mode of thinking while failing to bring the health care system up to snuff in order to cope with something they claim is so serious?

No doubt the coronavirus is a serious health problem but to these politicians it is a means to push the country into a more reactionary path and prepare people to accept further attacks on our democratic rights.

And perhaps the worst of what these politicians are doing is using this health crisis to further enrich the wealthy Wall Street parasites with “bailouts.” These corporations are getting there money; do you know of anyone who has received their $1,200.00 check? Again, this demonstrates a lack of caring and concern for those of of us suffering.

Then we have these politicians using this to drum up hatred against China which fits right in with these politicians’ agendas.

All of this sensationalizing and panic is an excuse for not bringing about the kind of health care reforms we need and the failure to implement legislation providing people with paid sick leave and a real living income... again, when it comes to income, millions of people can’t even get the unemployment compensation they are entitled in a timely manner because these politicians conveniently have systems in place that aren’t capable of handling the applications.

Should users have a say in who owns and controls the Internet?

The Wall Street technology companies are complaining that China is quickly becoming a leading country when it comes to the Internet and these companies are trying to prevent China from having a say in the decision-making process when it comes to the Internet.

We should be cooperating with China and the rest of the world when it comes to the Internet not trying to selfishly control the Internet to serve Wall Street’s interests.

Trump is personally responsible for this mess we are in with this coronavirus and economic recession.

Trump is personally responsible for this mess we are in with this coronavirus and economic recession.

Trump was playing golf and holding racist hate-filled campaign rallies all the while China battled the coronavirus. He should have been building up medical supplies during this time.

There is no reason other than sheer incompetency that an industrialized country like this should have a shortage of rubber gloves, face masks and ventilators.

It was obvious to any thinking person our for-profit free market health care system wasn’t going to be able to cope with this crisis just by observing what was going on in China.

There had been plenty of time to nationalize the entire health care industry to bring it up to snuff but Trump chose not to do this because his friends would have had to sacrifice profits... as a result people now are needlessly dying.

We must never forget that Democrats, including Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Corey Booker, Andrew Yang, Amy Klobuchar, Chick Schumer and Nancy Pelosi all joined the China haters- Trump, Bannon, Pompeo, Bolton and Elliot Abrams- instead of promoting mutual cooperation so these Democrats share the blame for this mess, too.

Common sense should tell us that a National Public Health Care System should have been put in place to take care of our health care needs and served as a job creating program creating well over twelve- million jobs: you put people to work solving the problems of the people.

Where does this end?

As deaths from the coronavirus mount and the economy is collapsing, does anyone want to venture a guess how this ends?

Let’s get this straight...

The economy was already collapsing long before the appearance of the coronavirus.

The coronavirus did not cause the economy to collapse; it exacerbated the collapse already in progress: the recession.

Trump lies when he says the economy was doing great before the coronavirus hit; in fact, Trump could lessened to impact from the coronavirus pandemic had he properly prepared for this hit... he chose to play golf and stir up racist hate instead.

Another big lie from Trump and his gaggle of capitalist South-Sayers: The economy will recover quickly once the coronavirus pandemic subsides.

Any recovery will be very slow and prolonged. The reason for this is very simple: Trump is using this crisis to drive down the standard of living of the working class... the very people who need money in their pockets to purchase basic necessities, goods and services.

A very simple economy truth:

If people don’t have money to spend, manufacturing and production isn’t going to resume.

Why would any capitalist whose only concern is profits, hire workers and step up production to produce goods and services that can’t be sold because people don’t have the money to purchase what they produce?

The best way to get the economy going would be to tax the hell out of the rich until they cry like a bunch of babies and provide every adult in this country with $2,000.00 a month along with giving people $100.00 a month for every child.

By subsidizing businesses with these non-repayable loans, Trump is assuring the recession will deepen and take longer for a recovery.

Trillions of dollars, the wealth created by workers, are being traded on Wall Street when this wealth belongs in the hands of working class families so they can spend this money to meet their needs... and this would stimulate production, get people back to work... this stimulating the economy- which all these capitalist Sooth-Sayers claim they want to do.

I challenge anyone to dispute anything I have stated here.

And, as I have repeatedly pointed out, by shifting from a for-profit market driven health care system to a National Public Health Cade System providing the American people with free health care would result in working people having trillions of dollars to spend.

In addition, by cancelling student debt, more trillions of dollars are available for consumers to spend... more economic stimulation.

We could switch to fare-free public transportation and this would free up more trillions of dollars for consumer spending plus contribute to ending global warming... this would be another huge boost to the economy.

All this squandering of the wealth created by the working class to the tune of trillions of dollars on militarism and wars is a huge brake on the economy.

We have seen the capitalist economy will never be a thriving economy with production being planned for human needs.

The sooner we have a socialist revolution putting the working class in power and control the better because the greedy selfish Wall Street in-breeders aren’t capable of thinking about doing what is best for everyone and the well-being of the planet.

Working class education

About education:

Most workers could learn more about life spending a few days studying the Communist Manifesto with a small group of friends than wasting time listening to all of these over-paid muddle-headed upper-middle class professors and pundits who don’t have a clue about what is involved in having to work for a living in an attempt to try to make ends meet from pay-check to pay-check.
For working people, the Communist Manifesto will clarify everything.

Trump's insane policies pushed by Wall Street towards China must end.

Wall Street is intent on bringing China down even if it hurts the rest of us and the world along with the Chinese people.

What would motivate anyone to want to create misery for an entire nation just to punish the people because of their accomplishments?

But, this insanity has actually been placed in writing and published in “Foreign Affairs Magazine,” the publication of the Foreign Affairs Council which is the voice of the Wall Street monopolists- the imperialists who are crying because Chinese socialism is proving its superiority over Wall Street’s beloved rotten capitalist system which is in a state of collapse. Ironically, the Chinese may be our only hope out of this multi-faceted crisis. But the Wall Street monopolists Gail to appreciate this.

Look at what these Wall Street parasites think is legitimate foreign policy:

“The United States has limited means of influencing China’s closed political system, but the diplomatic, economic, and military pressure that Washington can bring to bear on Beijing will put Xi and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) he leads under enormous strain. Indeed, a prolonged period of strategic confrontation with the United States, such as the one China is currently experiencing, will create conditions that are conducive to dramatic changes.”

What a barbaric foreign policy this government has.

China never hurt us or did anything to us.

This barbaric foreign policy is long-standing U.S. policy towards China... most recently stemming from the repression “The China Hands” were subjected to when they tried to provide us with an honest assessment of what was going on in China dating back to the Chinese people’s struggle against Japanese imperialism and their struggle against a reactionary fascist nationalism Wall Street tried to shove down their throats.

We were told by “The China Hands” that Mao Zedong and the Chinese Communist Party along with the People’s Liberation Army were the legitimate organs reflecting what most people in China wanted: socialism. Yet, to this very day, the United States government which is an appendage of Wall Street’s power, insists that it has the right to cause misery for the Chinese people simply because they chose the road to socialism.

Steve Bannon, Pompeo and Trump are merely extending the backwards thinking of previous administration s which not only rejected the honest information of “The China Hands” but chose to persecute and punish them as part of McCarthy’s red-baiting anti-Communist witch-hunts that have made the United States a rogue nation in the eyes of the Chinese people and most of the rest of the world.

I would also point out that had United States Senator Claude Pepper who was on the U.S. Foreign Relations Committee who had a very healthy view of developments in China joined Henry Wallace as his running mate on the Progressive Party ticket, we might be living in a much saner country with a healthy respect for China and all those choosing the road to socialism.

Too bad Bernie Sanders doesn’t have a healthier perspective towards Chins, too.

A National Public Health Care System... the ultimate stimulus package

A National Public Health Care System based on the model of public education would create over twelve-million good paying jobs providing the American people with free health care.

Why aren't politicians considering this?

Trump turns everything into a racket intended to line his own pockets.

Everything is about money, money, money with Trump...

This is just now being reported; but why haven’t reporters asked Trump directly about this at his daily press conferences?

“It turns out, Trump, through three separate family trusts, has investments in a mutual fund called Dodge & Cox, the New York Times reported. That mutual fund’s largest holding is Sanofi, a French drugmaker that produces the hydroxychloroquine-based drug Plaquenil, used largely by malaria and lupus patients.”

Trump has stopped Dr. Fauci from answering questions about this drug.

And, the only study available about the effectiveness in using this drug to treat the coronavirus says there is no proof the drug does anything.

Come on Bernie Sanders... stop using our problems as campaign gimmicks!

I’m glad to see Bernie Sanders finally taking up the demand for $2,000.00 a month after I have been bombarding his email with this for many weeks... but Bernie Sanders has left out payments for children... I think this payment should be at least $100.00 per month for every child in the family while many people feel this should be much more.

But, why doesn’t he put some of his millions of dollars in campaign resources into mobilizing mass action on the part of the American people to demand this? It is only through mass action that we win such reforms not as a result of politicians limiting their talk to stump speeches.

I’m going to keep re-posting this from time to time because people keep asking if they can share it... you can share anything you want from my page:

Republicans and Democrats in Congress backed and bribed by Wall Street are making the decisions affecting working people and working class families without any input from us; this is in no way acceptable. We must let them know by way of asserting ourselves that this is unacceptable. As working people we are entitled to a seat at the decision-making table- this is our lives we are talking about.

It is not right or just or acceptable in any way, shape or form that only our employers have a seat at the decision-making table.

How do we get a seat at the decision-making table when we are arrogantly excluded from the process by politicians who have the unmitigated gall to help our Wall Street employers, bankers and vulture capitalists before helping those of us who create the wealth? We need to raise so much hell until we get a seat at the decision-making table.

Think about this:

Usually a government professing to be democratic will invite all concerned and affected parties to fully articulate their problems through a series of hearings held in locations convenient for many people to attend.

Conclusion:

That this has not been done because the wealthy in power would be embarrassed to hear that they have been selfishly hoarding for themselves the wealth we have created and they don’t want this very fundamental and basic injustice of the capitalist system to be exposed lest they be forced to turn this wealth over for the common good of all in order to prevent mass misery and suffering of those of us who have created this wealth.

We must never forget that it is we, the working class with no small amount of help from Mother Nature who create ALL wealth and we must constantly remind these politicians of this because they would rather all of this not be publicly discussed...

Out of sight is out of mind!

As workers we must never forget this and we must assert our views and our demands for justice...

Right now at this moment of crisis with the capitalist economic system in a state of collapse exacerbated by this coronavirus pandemic we must insist our livelihoods and our rights be protected...

First and foremost this requires every adult be provided by the government with two-thousand dollars a month and every child in the family be provided for with five-hundred dollars a month at least as long as this crisis continues... and, by rights, justice requires this be made permanent.

Let us state in no uncertain terms that we as working people bear no responsibility for the economic crisis or the coronavirus crisis since we have had no seat at the decision-making table when it comes to economic policy or health care policy and this has to change and it needs to change now in order to avoid mass suffering and despair... democracy and the most basic and fundamental rights require no less... so let’s have an end to this hypocrisy of the wealthy few making all the decisions in this country.

Any thinking person, except for the most ethically and politically corrupt, can see and understand there is something drastically wrong with denying the majority of the people- those of us who create ALL the wealth- a seat at the decision-making table.

Instead of him simply calling for this, he should be using his resources to help his supporters and everyone else set up committees in every neighborhood to mobilize the American people to demand this through:

Letter writing.

Call legislators and meet with them and candidates running.

Petitions.

Demonstrations large and small; community based, state-wide and national.

Work stoppages.

And so on.

Bring millions of people into the streets; no let up until the legislation passes.

Demanding a piece of legislation dedicated to just this one issue.

Bernie Sanders should draft this legislation and rally people behind it.

All of this should be building towards creating a huge "people's lobby" comprised of concerned citizen activists.

Anyone have other suggestions?

Nothing complicated or controversial about nationalization.

People keep asking me:

“How do you nationalize an entire industry?”

This is not complicated; it’s been done successfully over and over again around the world and right here in this country... one of the best examples being the Tennessee Valley Authority building, owning, managing and operating a vast network of energy producing plants... very successfully at that.

The government just takes the industry out of private hands and investors and instructs the management to keep operating.

The only thing that changes is the government becomes the owner instead of private profiteers and Wall Street investors.

What is so complicated about this?

The entire health care industry, including the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industries should be nationalized immediately with the intent to create a National Public Health Care System modeled around public education: publicly funded, publicly administered, publicly delivered.
Why is this even controversial given the complete failure and breakdown of this for-profit free market health care system that has collapsed, just like the capitalist economy itself?

The best example of why we need such remedies is that we have a crooked and corrupt president like Trump making decisions based on his own person financial investments using this health crisis to line his own pockets instead of what is best for the American people.

A 'Stimulus Package" or slush fund for a bunch of corrupt Wall Street vultures?

We can sum up Trump’s “stimulus package” approved by the Democrats, thusly:

Too little, too late, too mismanaged with too much corruption.

New rules.

Our local supermarket, H.E.B., part of a huge chain, announced today that it will only be allowing one member from a family to enter its stores at the same time.

Working people are entitled to a seat at the decision-making table.

A questionable democracy.

We have the right to vote.

The problem with this is that we allow our employers to select the candidates we then vote for.

A conversation with Republican Congressman Roger Willams.

I tried to have input into the Coronavirus Stimulus legislation prior to its passing. I asked Congressman Roger Williams (Republican, Texas, 25th District) if those of us on Social Security would get the $1,200.00 check like everyone else. He said, “Don’t worry you will get your check just like everyone else.”

Another lie from this Trump supporter.

In fact, millions of people, including those of us on Social Security, will have to jump through multiple hoops in hopes of getting these “stimulus checks.”

Nothing but lie after lie.

How come Republican Congressman Roger Williams just couldn’t tell me the truth in the first place when I called to talk to him?

What we need is a very simple and straight forward piece of legislation providing every adult in this country $2,000.00 a month along with providing $100.00 a month for every child in the family.
We can win this through an organized mass struggle.

Talk about this with family, friends, fellow workers; anyone who will listen.

Write letters.

Circulate petitions.

Demonstrate.

Don’t vote for anyone unless they commit to vote for this.

Members of Congress had a choice:

Provide us with a living income or try to overthrow the democratically elected governments of Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua... members of Congress like Roger Williams voted to spend hundreds of billions of dollars to send thousands of troops and the U.S. fleet to do this dirty work instead of providing us with a living income to get us through these troubled times as the capitalist economy collapses.

I bet Congressman Roger Williams won’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a stimulus check to bail out his automobile dealership.

Talk about your arrogant muddle-headed upper middle class intellectual snobs...

David J. Albert who is an adjunct at Austin Community College said that since I don't have a PhD I'm not as smart as him when it comes to history and what we need in this country.

"Professor" Albert is a local Democratic Party hack pushing "vote Blue no matter who" which means he is a big Joe Biden fan... and, just like Biden "Professor" Albert is a red-baiting anti-Communist.

I suggested we should have a public debate over this idea people should be expected to, "vote Blue no matter who."

The esteemed "Professor" Albert refused to debate me.

Democracy.

Republicans and Democrats in Congress backed and bribed by Wall Street are making the decisions affecting working people and working class families without any input from us; this is in no way acceptable. Democrats and the "New Deal" and another Big Lie.

Democrats would like us to believe support for Joe Biden is like support for the New Deal.

In fact, it was Democrats just like Biden who fought against Roosevelt’s New Deal.

The other problem with this thinking is that it perpetuates a great big lie.

The lie is that Roosevelt and the Democrats gave us the New Deal.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Everything Roosevelt did was too little too late.

Roosevelt told leftists he sympathized with their demands for reforms but then, instead of voluntarily pushing these reforms through Congress, he challenged them to “make me do it,” thinking these impoverished working class leftists with very limited resources, would never be able to organize the kind of powerful mass movements to make him do it.

The Democrats never gave working people anything unless we fought for very specific solutions.
Anyone who thinks they are going to get anything from a Joe Biden Administration doesn’t know anything about historical facts or working class movements.

This “Vote blue no matter who” crap assumes Democrats will give us something in return for our votes; it never has worked that way, it won’t now and it never will.

We can’t even rely on these Democrats to bring forward a very simple piece of legislation to save working class families from the worst capitalist system collapse by bringing forward a single-issue piece of legislation that would provide every adult with $2,000.00 a month and provide every child in the family with $100.00 a month.

Big business and small business can bailout themselves; they live in and love the private banking and credit system so let them borrow the money they need from their banker friends... tax-payer dollars should be used to bail out the working class.

And make no mistake about this:

We are not asking for a handout like big business and small business are... they have contributed nothing to the wealth of the Nation...

All we are demanding is what we are owed for the wealth we have created and not been paid for.

LET US MAKE IT IT DISGRACEFUL TO ENRICH OURSELVES AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MISERIES OF OUR FELLOW MEN." DR. NORMAN BETHUNE'

Just keep your mouth shut and "vote Blue no matter who."

You know, I constantly get invited to all the Democratic Party FaceBook groups and their front-groups pushing all kinds of campaign gimmicks instead of real solutions to our problems.

All of a sudden when I ask why the Democrats haven’s brought forward a piece of single-issue legislation without anything else tied to it except for $2,000.00 a month for every adult and $100.00 for every child I am being blocked from these FaceBook pages I was invited to.

They wanted to show big numbers of supporters but they don’t want people to voice their opinions and concerns... just keep your mouth shut and vote blue no matter who.

We have no voice in Washington.

Something to think about:

The working class of this country has no voice to lobby for us in Washington.

Hint:

Maybe this is a big part of the reason we always end up holding the shitty end of the stick even though we create all the wealth?

Insurance premiums take a jump.

Just received notice that my Medicare Supplemental insurance went up over 20%.

So much for Trump’s great for-profit driven free-market health care scam.
