A program for real change...

What we need is a "21st Century Full Employment Act for Peace and Prosperity" which would make it a mandatory requirement that the president and Congress attain and maintain full employment.

The Democratic Party hacks are working overtime trying to avoid messy state and national conventions by getting Bernie Sanders out of the way before the conventions.

The Democratic Party hacks are now well into the stage of preparing to dump Bernie Sanders.

They are calling for a candidate capable of "working across the aisle."

Who might this candidate be? Why, of course; none other than "Republican Lite" Hillary Clinton who is being propped up as the heir to Bernie Sanders' "populist agenda" which has been pumped up with very little to no mention of the adverse effect of military and war spending on the economy.

And Bernie Sanders' supporters among the Democratic Party hacks are responding by telling us, as if we care (and most of us don't), that Bernie Sanders also has this ability to work across the aisle.

But what do we get from such bi-partisan policies? Quite literally, working class families get shit out of this.

I don't really care about Bernie Sanders' ability to work with Republicans and Democrats "across party lines."

We have heard this kind of crap from a litany of Democrats for decades past.

First we are told we have to back the "lesser evil."

Then we are told we need to back candidates who know how to work with those on the "other side of the aisle."

At what point do the problems of the people take center stage receiving the kind of specif solutions to help working class families through this capitalist economic mess?

The idea is to forge a grassroots/rank-and-file coalition capable of sweeping Washington clean and free from these Wall Street corrupted Democrats and Republicans whose reaction, neoliberal agenda is holding back all progress in this country.

I'm more interested in if he has the ability and willingness to cobble together some kind of "New Broom" type coalition from among his supporters that will sweep Washington clean.

So far, Bernie hasn't even hinted at the need to elect an entire Congress full of the historic liberal/progressive/left coalition required for real change and this concerns me and a lot of other activists.

The real power that can't be stopped is a united people for real progressive change.

Former socialist Minnesota Governor Elmer Benson advised that what was required is a united and militant "People's Lobby" that can't be silenced until their demands for real reform are met.

Apparently we are going to have to force this conversation on Bernie otherwise he seems content to side-step these issues.

I would advise people not to be shy about discussing all of this in a public way. This can only strengthen the movement to elect Bernie Sanders and leave us in a position to move forward without him should he decide to toss his support to Hillary Clinton or one of the other corporate Democrats in Wall Street's bribed stable.

Bernie Sanders is very selfishly thinking only about his own political future of being able to caucus with the Democrats should he fail to get the nomination as a Democrat.

Well; we have to be thinking of ourselves, our rights, our lives and our livelihoods as the working class first and foremost before any politicians future is concerned. We need to figure out what we are going to do when Bernie Sanders withdraws from running for the presidency while backing Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is a warmonger and friend to our Wall Street enemy; she is not a friend to working class families and workers.

Bernie Sanders should be looking at helping us break free from this two-party trap but apparently he is only selfishly thinking about himself and his future in politics. The world didn't begin with Bernie Sanders' entrance into politics and the world won't end when he exits the political scene... not only does life go on--- but the class struggle continues.
